Iron Sharpening Iron
The Men’s Ministry provides opportunities for men to create and develop meaningful relationships with one another and with God.
The Grace Church Men’s Ministry hosts a variety of activities throughout the year, including:
- The Men’s Golf Tournament – to benefit Grace Short-Term Mission Teams (September)
- Skeet Shooting – October
- Bowling – March
Bible Study and Prayer Opportunities
- The Brothers of Aaron and Hur (every Thursday morning at 6:30 am in Grace Cafe, the downstairs lobby). The purpose of this gathering is to pray for the pastors and their needs, as well as various needs and opportunities in the church. After a time of prayer, those who do not have to rush off to work go to a local diner for breakfast.
- Wednesday Nights: Our Wednesday evening gatherings are a great context for men at Grace to get to know one another and grow spiritually under the Word. In our meetings, we dig into the Scriptures, pray together, and spend time in meaningful discussion. The meetings go from 6:30-8:00 pm every Wednesday, September-May.
Friday Mornings: Every Friday at 6 am there is an opportunity for men to gather together for breakfast and spiritual discussion over a book at Willow Valley Diner. This year we will be studying John Stott’s The Message of Romans, his masterful devotional commentary. Click here for a link to order the book.
