Stephen Ministers come alongside those that are hurting. They are trained to listen and be present for people going through tough times. Stephen Ministers are not there to ‘fix’ anyone; as caregivers, they are relying on Christ, the Cure-giver, to comfort and encourage people in need. Boys Brigade is a program with the purpose of pointing boys and young men to Jesus and helping them grow into the kind of men that He wants them to be. We focus on helping boys grow mentally, spiritually, physically, and socially. Boys Brigade meets each week and includes time for one-on-one, small group, and large group discipleship. Boys in 3rd-5th grade will also have the opportunity to go on both a campout and a cabin trip! GEMS stands for Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior. GEMS welcomes all girls into a safe and nurturing environment to learn and grow as they discover who God created them to be! Girls will enjoy Bible study, games, crafts, and small group discipleship. We will also hear from several women in the church about how they show God’s love in their everyday lives! Being a mom is a hard job. We want to provide an opportunity for moms to build community together, encouraging and supporting one another. That’s why we created Mom Time, and we are excited to bring it back in a bigger way!
