Student Ministries

Grace Student Ministry Exists to Inspire and Equip Parents and Teens to Know, Grow, and Make.

We desire that parents would be EQUIPPED to disciple their teens to make disciples.

We desire that teens would come to KNOW Jesus and have a relationship with him (Justification).

We desire that teens would GROW in their relationship with Christ and the family of God (Sanctification).

We desire that teens would be equipped to then go and MAKE disciples of their neighbors proclaiming the good news of Christ in word and deed.

In the Student Ministry (6th-12th grade), we spend a lot of time learning from the Word of God through preaching and teaching, because we believe God speaks to us, gives us understanding, and strengthens our faith through the Bible.

Sunday Mornings

9:45 a.m.

Sunday School (6th-12th grade) – This school year we will be taking our teens through Jon Nielsen’s book Bible Study. This book is written for teens in high school to teach not only how to study the Bible but how to help others study the Bible. Join as we grow together.

Wednesday Evenings

6:30 p.m.

Youth Group (6th-12th grade) – On Wednesday nights we gather to study God’s Word, pray, sing, and build relationships. Each year we have a theme that guides what we learn together. This year our theme is “The Bible: God spoke, God Speaks, God will continue to speak.” We will spend talking about how we should think about the Bible and can we trust it. We hope you can join us!

The Importance of Parents

Another important part of Student Ministries at Grace is a focus on helping parents disciple their children effectively. God willing, the teaching we provide on Sundays and Wednesday nights will provide a foundation for parent-teen discussions about real-life issues that extend beyond youth group. After every meeting, you and your teens will have the opportunity to discuss together what they learned and how it impacts their lives at school, at home, on their sports team, and with friends.
